Anyone here ever been? My sister won tickets to the Fri night race. I've never been to a race, so I figured sinc eit was free I would go so i cna say I've been. I do watch a little but I'm not abig big fan like lots of people are. Anyway, her tickets are the general adnmission ones. Any suggestions on a good place to sit? I believe the lower rows in the center grnadstands are the reserved ones. The granadstands in turn 1 and turn 4 and the lower section on the sother side iof the track (Colvin?) in addition to the high rows of the center sections are I think the general admission areas. I don't want to be way down front (noise, trash, possibly wrecked cars - LOL) but I don't want to have to walk up to West Podunk either becasue of my knees. I just wnat to have a pretty good view of the rack as a whole. Do they have a family section there like they do at some other tracks?

    TIA!

    Congrats!!

I've only been to Bristol and Charlotte so I don't know about Darlington. But my tickets have always has assigned seating. Might not be the case there though. And you don't have to be a die-hard fan to have a good time, races are a great place to people watch.
