Yeah, not Johnston County, but I guarantee a lot of us go through this intersection in Garner. So, with the new traffic lights at this intersection, does anyone think it makes even a tiny bit of difference? I feel like traffic is exactly the same and gets backed up in the same places, for both morning and afternoon rush hours.
And most people on NC 50 South are still being nice and alternating letting people pull in from Buffalo Rd onto NC 50 south. I was surprised that most still doing that even with light.
