Need a recipe for tuna steaks

    Hi, everyone! I was at the store Friday and I saw tuna steaks were on sale and they looked really good. The only problem is, I don't know how to cook them. I would like to either bake or broil them. Some of the recipes I looked at online call for a marinade. I would like a simple marinade.

    Just simply grilling them with a light dusting with something like a blackening seasoning or maybe Emeralds is pretty good.

    Never tried bake/broil.

    Throw them on the grill, call me :mrgreen: put some Montreal Seasoning on them! You'll be fine.;)

    I use a yummy rub that my sis makes and grill them.

    Try FoodNetwork website - they have ton of recipes there.
