Hi! I'm new to the Clayton area and am in the process of enrolling my 3 year old in preschool for the fall. Can anyone offer any opinions on the following schools, or offer any additional ones. I'm not looking for daycare, just preschool. I need a little bit of a break since I also have a 6 month old! Any advice would be appreciated! PRESCHOOLS we are looking into: *Fellowship Christian Academy (5 days a week) *Horne United Methodist Church (2 days a week) *Hocutt Memorial Baptist *Christ Community United Methodist(2 days a week)
I had my child at Fellowship Christian Academy a few years ago. Loved every minute of it. They can do wonders in 4 hours a day, I'll tell you that. Mrs. Brown and Mrs. Berger are very good with the kids also. I can't say enough good things about them.
Where is Fellowship Christian Academy? I currently have my daughter enrolled for the fall in Wee Care off of 42, and it's 3 days a week, 9-1. I've been here about a year, and haven't heard of Fellowship Christian. I have heard of the others you mentioned, and have had friends who have enrolled their children in all of them, and they've liked them just fine. Last year, I had my kids in pre-schools in Smithfield, 1st Centenary Mothers Morning Out, and the Presbyterian church pre-school. both were great.
