Need help with an Excel spreadsheet on what if statements

    I have a spreadsheet that I need help with. I have forgotten how to do What If statements since being in the corporate world so long. I can email the spreadsheet and explain what is needed and really need immediate help.

    I have several rows:

    One row has a drop down box with several names in it.
    One row has a drop down box with Yes and No

    Then I have several columns and rows that have the names of the first drop down box and columns with percentages.

    I want the first drop down box to be the one where the program understands which Category, the second drop down box shows whether the percentage should be picked up and then the program to pickup the percentage.

    I needed this done a while ago. I'm having the hardest time remembering this stuff. Can you send me your email address and let me email you the spreadsheet to show you?
