It has been 2 years now and we need a good cleaning on the carpets. I would perfer the steam cleaning. Can ya'll reccommend anyone? Thanks!

We use Manny DiMeglio, owner of Genuine Carpet Cleaning. His rates are VERY reasonable and he is a perfectionist! He takes his time and aims to please. He also uses let-friendly and environmentally-friendly cleaning products. His number is 553-4181.
We used Parrish and were left disappointed. It could have been the individuals that did the work rather than the company, because a lot of folks seem to be happy with them. Afterwards, we used Chem-Dry of Johnston County and they did an awesome job...almost like the carpet was brand-new. Obviously, I couldn't recommend Parrish on our own experience, but I'm sure others perhaps could.
I had talked with Parrish years ago and got a snotty attitude and swore I'd never use them. Matt with ProKleen Carpet and Upholstery Care took great care of us. Shelby had some "issues" a couple of years ago when we were at a XMas party. Called Matt that night about 10:00 and he was here the next day! 697-0410 is his direct cell number
