Need some painting

Was planning on doing all of this myself, but some recent actions by my neighbors have added a sense of urgency to my to-do list, so we can have a better chance of selling. I am curious about how much it would cost to get some outdoor painting done.

I need the following painted:

Back Deck and railing (10x12), sanded, Kilz and 2 coats of paint

Privacy Fence, about 120' Kilz and 2 coats on both sides

Any idea of what this would cost?
