For me that Samsonite store up at Smithfield has been the most cost effective. Typically their luggage has a 10 year warranty and if it breaks you just drop it off at the store and they will ship it to the repair shop and the repair shop will then send it to your home. I have had some horrific damage done to a number of my pieces, the last one is irreparable and Delta paid for the Majority of it. I now have a very light piece with a lifetime warranty, unfortunately it ran me about $650. But most pieces are much cheaper. P.S. Airlines, more than God, Hates Bags!

Thanks Lucky! I went to NC Overstocks and I got a screaming deal on two Samsonite sets. Went to the Samsonite store at the outlet mall in Smithfield first and their prices were outrageous. I love this group! Thanks for all the help :hurray:
