I have an upstairs that I am finishing. HVAC, ELECTRICAL, FRAMING is done. a) I need a plumber to give an estimate for finishing rough out ( 3'' drain in wall and water line stubbed in, but must be routed to toilet, shower and sink....i will supply materials eg sink, vanity, toilet, shower, fixtures.) For some reason every plumber i call says i will look at it and never shows up. Paying Cash. b.) I need some one to hang and maybe finish drywall. It will be approx 78 sheets to hang. I have sixty sheets already loaded upstairs.I need an estimate for this as well. Paying Cash Im not cheap, i will pay fair and quality prices for quality work. Im just tired of having to beg folks to come out, and walking into stock building supply and hearing how they dont have any work, and price work or even ball park a price so i can budget out. Im ready for plumber now...sheetrock in 2 weeks.
