Anyone have any other details about a couple new subdivisions in area? Mason Park and Annandale? Their website is sparse on info. I see where Annandale has a pool listed on it's amenities, but nothing is on Mason Park. http://www.shenandoahhomes.us/our-communities/ I apologize if this already has been addressed here!
Annandale will have a pool, and will be built in several phases, some coming this year, others in a while. Total units I'm unsure on as of yet. Just started earthworks, so expect houses being constructed this fall at earliest. Mason park is a no outlet, 3 cul-de-sac single family home on decent sized lots 1/2 acre or more roughly. Though the land you may own is larger than what's usable in some cases. 65 homes from my count, utilities going in now, so at summertime, homes should be completed. Shenandoah Homes has stake in nearby Island Creek subdivision on Josephine Rd. New houses still being built there. Most likely, all 3 will have same models. Anything else you might want to know?
