New building on 42 near realtor

    I noticed that a new building is going up.. looks like it could be a biscuitville.. ?? Does anyone know what it is?

    Are you talking about the Applebees, going up between the realtor and CookOut?

    I will remained unconvinced that this is going to be an Applebee's until I see the sign.

    It's going to be an Applebee's. The owner of the Smithfield location is "Best Locations LLC" and is the same owner for the property at 40-42. Just verified that on the Johnston County GIS Mapclick.
