New Building on 42 near Remax/Southland Realty?

Does anybody know what is being built near the Remax Southland Realty building in front of Badcock's furniture on Hwy 42?

Its a shrine to the great and powerful Nevilock. This will be my first minor shrine, as such you'll only be required to worship it on Wednesday mornings after breakfast.
