Evidently Famous Toastery is also coming in at White Oak.

 

Does anyone know what's going in near Timber and Hwy 70 (Garner), at 1285 US 70 West? It's between Timber Drive and a gas station (Exxon, I think?) that's undergoing remodeling. It's owned by Kotis Properties, but I can't find any details of what they're going to build.

Assuming you mean this lot? It says 4042 Motors or 4042 Motorsports on the permit.

 

SO THEY ARE EXPANDING, OR MOVING OVER THERE. They always have some nice classic cars.

This is the old Village Restaurant and Dairy Bar, next to CVS at NC 50 and NC 210. Is someone FINALLY going to do something with this building?
