New construction at 50/Timber Dr.

    Does anyone know what's going in next to the Burger King, near the intersection of 50 and Timber Dr? I looked up the land records, and the owner's name is something like "1600 Benson Rd Associates"; something that doesn't really describe what it is.

    I just went by there earlier. Pretty small lot for a movie theatre.. that lot is the same size as the Burger King lot it is next to.
