I saw on a bid list that our wal mart (4042) will be getting a 1 Million Renovation after Christmas

Steak and Shake will be moving into the diner like place on 401 in Garner (near old Kickback Jacks)

Fuquay is getting a new Library.

 

Was just there last night against my will. That place needs a wash.

 

Grill 57? That place is an icon, so I hope it's not leaving.

 

yes, same address as steak and shake location. i guess its renovating and moving in

 

Steak n shakes are usually larger. Maybe tear down and rebuild?

The project scope includes renovations for a restaurant with a drive-thru window.

As of October 10, 2017 the project is in planning stage and seeking conditional use site plan approval from the Town of Garner Planning Commission. The application is in review and a meeting has not yet been scheduled. Information regarding the architect, general contractor and a method of selection has not been disclosed. The construction timeline has not been determined, but is not expected to begin before May 2018.

 

Love Steak and Shake. Haven't got to go yet, very very busy all 3 times we went. Same building as Grill 57, so not a lot of seating.
