New edition

I am adopting a new doggy to keep Laila company. The dog is exactly three days younger then Laila. His name is Jese

 

He looks like a happy dog! :hurray:

 

Oh he is. He is so eager to please. I really truly want Laila and Jese to get along.

What a good looking doggie!

 

He seams to be getting along with Laila. I came home from grocery shopping and they were both laying on my Futon sofa in the living room.

I'm not sure where you got Jese, but I am about to ball my eyeballs out.

Thank you for saving him/her. Any one else would have said no way and she/he would have been put down.

gotta love the three legged animals! i lost my three legged cat and i miss having a three legged one around. i would have adopted another but there werent any then! we would say the four legged ones look deformed!:cheers:

Jese came to me on June 18th. I had been looking for about 8 months or so for another special needs dog to keep Laila company. Jese had lost his leg due to a car accident. Jese is a Beagle / Blue tick coonhound mix. He is literally three days younger then Laila. Jese is such a happy dog and so willing to please. He is so active. I am hoping that by him being so active that he and Laila will play. So far they like playing tug and wrestling.

 

He looks like a happy boy. What does Jazz, Punkin and Izzy think of him?

 

Jazz never hid this time. As a matter of fact Jazz follows Jese around from time to time. And both Izzy and Jazz stand their ground. Punkin tends not to play. She never plays with Laila but will hang with the cats. She does the same with Jese. Punkin has check Jese out, but I do not think she is much of a dog cat. Jese sleeps on the bed with me and Laila. It took a few days but now Jazz and Izzy are back on the bed as well.

Now I even have less space to sleep on the bed But I love having them all

 

This may be a VERY poor attempt at humor and PLEASE don't be offended because I admire you for taking in dogs that other wise would be put down.

But, the first thing I thought when I saw Jese is..........

He's so cute when he goes. Just walks up to the bush and goes. But when he has to do a number two he kind of goes around in circles.
