New Gym in Clayton

Looks like Total Fitness on Hwy 70 changed owners or names.Also it may be a 24 hour gym. found this in the classifieds

The new Peak Fitness of Clayton is looking for an idividual to work from 10pm-5am M-F. If interested please stop by the gym and apply. We are located in the yellow building across from the shiny diner

 

I bet it has something to do with HomeQ

 

I wonder if they changed their rates along with the name. They were pretty high price when they were Planet Fitness.

The "merger" as it was called was annouced in the Clayton paper on Wed. The article said members can now go to any Peak fitness location. There are alot of them in the Raleigh area.

 

Has anyone been up there to check it out? I just called to get a price and the guy acted like it was top secret info.

 

And I think peak fitness was the one that bought out world gym in raleigh.

 

I saw where they (Peak) are having a $1 enrollment fee and say less than $1/day fee.

 

I went Friday night to take a look and that gym is nice! I am currently a member at Clayton Fitness and have been for years but I am seriously thinking about joining at Peak. Very nice place and prices are low!

 

That place is a dump compared to the fuquay club.

I didn't see anything in there that was "dumpy" IMHO and I have been in several local health clubs in the last year.
