My computer was going offline, online, offline....constantly, so Verizon sent me a new modem. Now I don't have internet. The internet light on the modem isn't lit. What can be wrong? I know nothing about computers, so any help will be welcome
First through that came to my mind is they forgot to switch your account over to the MAC address of the new modem, but yes, your first call should be to Verizon.
