The SPCA of Wake has a new Humane Education Program. Groups of kids can take a tour ages 5-18 and learn how the shelter works. Or they can come to you, this sounds good for preschools. They teach about responsible pet ownership etc...

This would be good for home school groups and I knew there were several of you on here.

It is free, but they said they of course take donation of money or supplies.

    Call 532-2087 to schedule.
(FYI to Forum police-- I chose here on purpose instead of Niko)

I'll forward this to a girl in my networking group Junior Achievement. Sounds like something she can pass along to bunches of people!

    Thanks

Thanks! We hope this will take off, we have a full time person doing it so we need to keep her busy. :D
