So before anyone wants to jump down my throat about posting this, i am in no way connected to CDH, just a patron passing along info for the rest of the 4042 family.

The New Year's Eve party at CDH (they are requesting reservations by the 28th) is as follows:

$30.00 per person includes Dinner (Prime Rib or Chicken Cordon Bleu dinner with dessert), Midnite Champagne Toast and Party favors. Music is a possibility - not sure of the details on that one.

You can add a Hotel Room with Shuttle for $57.70 more.

Also, just fyi, their holiday hours are as follows:
    12/24 - 11pm - 4pm
    12/25 - 6pm - 2am (barside only)
    12/31 - 12pm - 2am
    01/01 - 12pm - 2am

Hope this answers all the questions i have been getting from you folks :D Forced myself to trek up there during lunch to get the details

Thank you Kaci. If all goes as I heard today there is live entertainment schedule as of today as well.

DH and I discussed New Years, but have decided not to plan anything. We can't see paying for tickets somewhere and then me going into labor.

We may pop in at CDH and say hello if I'm not in the hospital, or we may just sit our happy tails at home (even though my DH is having a fit to go somewhere and do something).

*Personally, I'm hoping to be spending my New Years in the hospital, lol...

LAMO, now that i understand. We can't order tickets ahead of time either cause we are going to be in VA for the weekend but if we get home in time, Scott said to just call and see if they are sold out and if they aren't we can still come. :D

I'm still debating on whether to go or not. No date yet.

So I take it you can't just 'drop in' the CDH New Year's Eve? Tickets are required?

From what I was told, they will still be open to the public. The ticket (package) is if you want the special dinner and extras (midnight toast etc).

Yeah I can see how giving you cash for wedding and funerals would make you uncomfortable if you're gonna be spending it at a bar.
