Going to New York for a few days in October, never been. Looking to stay near the theater district/Central Park, seeing some 3 star hotels online and don't need the Taj Mahal, but don't want to meet the roaches of NY either. Suggestions?
The last 2 years we've gone to nyc and stayed at the sheraton hotel and towers at times square. Its close to everything, clean, has a nice little bar and no roaches! Its about $200/night which is about what they go for around there. Dont get the breakfast though unless its included in the package deal, it would have cost us $60 for a simple buffet! (we got a pkg deal with flight, hotel and breakfast included) good luck searching...there are thousands of hotels in nyc and if u dont know the area its hard to know where to go.
