I just caught the tail end of the story on Wtvd's 5:30 newscast, it's supposed to be only during the summer time. Anyone hear the details? I believe the only non stop flights being offered at the moment from RDU are those going to London.
would love to hear more on this as well. We've never been able to get nonstop flights out of RDU. Always had to fly to NY or Atlanta to go over to Europe. Thanks for bringing this up as we'll be traveling soon. stephanie--mom to 7
It certainly would make things so much easier,I agree! Quite some time ago there was talk that as part of the "Open Skies" Agreement direct flights would be offered from RDU-FRA, so far it hasn't happened but I'm still hoping...I usually go through Charlotte.
