NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING (Annual Work Session) The Johnston County Board of Commissioners will meet on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 beginning at 8:00 a.m. in the Conference Room of the Johnston Regional Airport located at 3149 Swift Creek Road, Smithfield, North Carolina for the purposes of their annual work session.
