I have been there alot. For teenagers this beach might seem slow which is really what is nice about that part of NC beaches. Ocean Isle or Sunset beach are quiet. There is a planetarium there and a sea turtle rescue. Besides that the only thing to do as a teenager is relax or find trouble. Not much shopping and you can always go fishing on the pier, fishing in the inlets, rent a bike for a few hours, play putt-putt, or fly a kite. When I was a teen I always like the Myrtle Beach area because it just seemed there was alot more to do there. Now I realize that my parents had the best idea and to stay at Ocean Isle and Sunset Beach.
