what kind of monster would toss a newborn puppy out beside the road????? :-( If it wasn't tossed out, how else would it have gotten there? The poor thing, thank goodness someone found it and took it in! Found this pup around 4pm today off hwy 55 and I have no way to care for him. Eyes haven't opened yet but very healthy. I already called him... he didnt want to drive this far to bring him. I told him I would meet 1/2 way after dinner but have not heard back. Maybe he found someone closer. (I hope) If not Ready, you get weekends!!
:lol: I thought about calling you about this puppy, but I didn't want you to hate me. :lol: I sure hope whomever gets him knows what a job is in store for them. I remember setting my alarm to get up every 3 hours to bottle feed kittens... now that was fun - not! But, the end result was so worth it. As you WELL know!
I think he pulled the post... maybe he found the mom?? I told him I could explain how to do it over the phone and he said "But I dont WANT to do it!" at least he is honest.
I'll bet someone took the puppy and he pulled the ad because I'll bet he got a lot of phone calls over that one. I sure hope the person who took him(?) knows what they're doing. Some people don't even realize that you have to stimulate a little puppy to go potty.
Did he say whether he was bottle feeding until someone else took over? Puppies and kittens that young won't last a day without nursing and being stimulated to urinate.
