one ring

I am not sure if I read it here or heard it on the news. Something about if your cell phone only rings once, not to dial it back or something. Has anyone heard of that?

my cell phone just did that. I looked right at it as it rung and before I could pick it up it stopped ringing.

The number was 919-245-7532

Regardless if it a hoax or not, don' call back. It is annoying. If the person meant to call you they would either let it ring or leave you a message. Sometimes people miss-dial and they don't need you calling them back.
