Do any of you do the Christmas Shoeboxes for the Samaritan's Purse project? I always enjoy doing that. It's fun to pick out a variety of little things to put in the shoebox - small toys, a harmonica, toothbrush & toothpaste, maybe some hairbows if I'm doing a box for a girl. Our church is collecting them on Sunday, November 11, and I'm sure other churches are taking them about that same time. If you want to participate and your church is not doing it, the web site tells you where you can drop off your shoe box.
