Does anyone have any opinions (good or bad) about The Village at Cleveland Springs and The Pointe? :allears: Thanks bunches!
From my perspective, I like the fact that Cleveland Springs has the community pool & is so close to shopping, dining, etc. On the other hand, the Pointe offers alot of square footage for the money. Let me know if I can help in any way.
What about the quality of the construction? Any clue as to why such a huge difference in price for the same square footage?
