I have started Xmas shopping, and want to get my 5 yo a personalized baseball jersey. Does anyone know where I could get one made locally? My mom said find a t-shirt shop, but I can't think of where there is one around here. I don't frequent malls much, but I found U-name it online at Cary Towne, does anyone know if they do t-shirts? And if so, would they have a Yankees logo they'd be able to put on the front of a t-shirt? I can do it on mlb.com, but it's $30, just thinking I could probably get one cheaper locally. Anyone ever do this before? (yes, Kellbell, I did google, but didn't find anything local!)

I know you said locally, but if you can find anything; maybe look for a childs size jersey on Ebay... alot of people who sell Jerseys on ebay are sports stores blowing out clearance mdse and have the ability to personalize them as well, just use the link to "ask the seller a question" before you place a bid on it. I got dh's authentic Hurricanes jersey via Ebay, cheap and put the money I saved on the jersey towards having it personalized.
Not too far away, but certainly not local... bought one at the Mudcats stadium. It's held up very well, too!
was it personalized? (the mudcats one). I forgot about them, he loves the "muddy mudcats" he calls them! and if so, how much was it?
It was around $12 -$16 for the shirt, I think. I can't remember the exact price. I do remember the personalization was $6. It was done while we waited. We got it at the beginning of the season this year. When we went to the last home game this season, they still had them. The shirt we bought months ago gets worn about 2 times a week, if not more!! They did a really nice job IMO. Good luck! :lol:

DH and I don't exchange gifts (going on YEARS now) Christmas is so comercialized now it's pretty pathetic! I'd really like to vomit!
