In light of the potential for bad weather this weekend, I thought this information may be useful. I thought of it last night when my DD called me and asked if we would keep her puppy over the weekend. She is an EMT and will most likely end up working all weekend if we get bad weather. When the tornados hit in April, the strong winds with the approaching storm lifted her puppy's outdoor kennel off the ground and then it collapsed.
