I had heard that this was a hoax... I looked on Snopes and it is undetermined. I hope it is not true! (and he was allowed to get away with it)
That is absolutely horrible.. I had to sit here and cry for that poor baby.. and whats with the caption above the pictures "Stop This"?? :cry:
On the petition you just put your name, email, state, and country. I got an email in English that showed that I had posted my name on the petition. Hopefully it is a hoax, but I'm county on Drew Barrymore to have done her research. Normally if it's completely false Snopes will debunk it.
I googled the guy's name, and came up with all kinds of stuff, mostly contradictory. Here's a quote from the Wikipedia article about him: Snopes touches on several of the different stories being told about this.
