Pipe installation along Josephine Rd.

Was gonna ask who's laying pipe along Josephine, but decided to rephrase, as many would snicker, a few would mentally raise their hands (some of whom are liars..lol)

But, seriously, folks, rather large piping is being installed along Josephine. between Mr West's place and towards Cornwallis.

Is this the preparation of sewer lines for yet another housing development?

 

What do the pipes look like? Are they about a foot round and blue?

 

could not determine. low light level, and none laying around.

There was an article in this weeks Smithfield Herald saying that it's going to be sewer line,it was supposed to have been done some time ago but because of budget issues was delayed until now,it's for the housing etc. that was built over the last few years.

 

What we saw was white.
