Is the picture already on the internet, or just on your computer? If it's on the internet, just right click on the picture, select "save image location" then you can do it with the picture postcard icon above the message. Just place the cursor where you want the picture to appear, then click on the picture postcard (if you use your imagination you can see mountains and a stamp on the icon) then when the dialog box appears, just control+V will do it. Click OK, and the picture should appear. If it's on your computer, you need to host it on photobucket or snapfish or something like that first.
