Plane Crash near McCalls?

My mom just called and said there was a plane crash near McCalls restaurant in Clayton - I haven't heard any thing... Y'all???

Plane Crash in Clayton


(09/21/07 -- CLAYTON) - Eyewitness News is following reports of a plane crash in Clayton.
Johnston County emergency officials are responding to a plane crash in Clayton off Highway 70. Eyewitnesses report the plane has crashed near or behind the McCall's BBQ and Seafood Restaurant near a construction site.

 

WRAL is reporting it was a single engine plane into the restaurant. :shock:

My other half just IM'd me and said a plane just flew really low over the house...

We live right near McCalls too!
Scary!!!!

 

WRAL reported some people inside, employees I'm sure... no word of injuries as of yet

 

Don't sound good. Reports so far are saying that there was people inside and most of the building is in bad shape.

 

I'm only a couple miles from there here at work right now, but I bet you can't get near it.

 

Fire Trucks and rescue is heading that way now.

 

Okay, other half is walking up there now. She said the plane flew so low over our house, that she thinks it hit some of the tree tops in our neighborhood.

WRAL has live coverage right now, the manager from Smt Chicken & BBQ was on the phone.

Radio's saying it crashed into McCall's. Single-engine 2-4 seater.

Does McCall's serve breakfast? If not, chance are there were very few, if any, people inside.
