I am posting this for a friend. We have placed classified ads EVERYWHERE with no success. _______________________________________________ These pups are fully weaned. They are as cute as they can be, and looking for a home with lots of love. The mother was a Black & Tan and Treeing Walker coonhound. The father is unknown. These loveable little balls of fur and ears have mostly hound features. They will not have any traditional hound colorings, but they have the ears, nose, and body-style of a hound. They will make fun and loveable friends for many years to come! I am asking for a small rehoming fee, but I would be willing to waive the re-home fee if you agree to keep in contact for a few months so I know that the little guy is doing well. You can come and see the puppies by appointment. There are three males (I think) and five females. They were born Jan 2nd. Pups - Mother - Please send me a PM if you are interested, and I will put you in touch. I can get more pics and even some video this weekend - who could resist after watching a movie of these little guys playing? You will be compelled - no forced - to welcome one of them into your home after seeing them in action! Please?????? TIA.
I think I would get in trouble if I even brought up getting another puppy. We just got one that was born Jan. 22. they are cute though!
Can't see the pics from work, which is fine, cause I don't need a dog, lol. I'll keep my ears open for ya! PS- Go to HG's house, drop one in the driveway, and run away, she needs a dog!
I'd be wondering A: if they have any tan on them like their mommy B: if they have that lovely coon hound howl
I know what you mean, had a friend that had a black and tan coon hound and I have never in my life heard a howl like that. Even my beagles that I had couldn't have toped that noise. But he was a cool dog other then that howl. Sheri
a few months back I had been doing a google search on Percy Flowers and on one of the sites about him it was saying he had Treeing walkers. They said at the time of his death in 1982 he had over 300 Treeing Walkers. http://www.flowersplantation.com/history.php
