I voted for JCAPL!! They are wonderful. A few years ago we had a yard sale and my son donated all of the proceeds to them as part of a Beta Club project. It was good for him to see the work they do and how his donation would be used. Come to think of it, I have enough stuff to do that again...as soon as the weather warms up!
I GLADLY voted!!! Thanks to JCAPL, I am the very proud and happy owner of the world's cutest cat (his name is Jasper)! MY SO bought him last year for me as a b-day present, a few weeks after the loss of my cat Scooby. I'm very attached to Jasper, who was originally found in a storm drain, and I'm very thankful for JCAPL for rescuing him. He's in a great home now and is very spoiled! I encourage everyone to vote!
Thanks, he is a great kid and we are very blessed. He worked so hard for about 2 weeks gathering items in the house, cleaning them up, labeling them with prices, etc...It is definitely time for him to do that again! :jester: We all had a great experience presenting the check at PetSmart, seeing the animals, and learning about what they do. You can tell they love what they do. We need to do more to help. Now that marching band season is over, I think we might see about helping out on a Saturday now and then. I am glad I saw this thread to remind me about them!
