I was wondering if you all could give me some feedback concerning Priceline. good or bad.
I've used travelocity twice in the last few years and was very satisfied. However, a flight out to Missouri is a little cheaper with priceline. thanks for feedback.

I have used priceline several times....never had any problems at all. I used them only for flights....so have no feedback on hotel bookings.

I've only used them for rental cars, and was happy. I got a full-size car for a week in Vegas over Labor Day weekend for $12 per day, from Hertz. I think the best deals can be found when you do make an offer. I start low and work my way up; for rental cars I'll start at $10 and then add one dollar per day. I've even gotten a week of a full-size rental car on Maui for less than $200 per week.

I typically only use them when I'm not happy with deals I'm finding elsewhere.

I used them when I went to San Antonio to see my son graduate from basic and got a round trip ticket and 5 day car rental for $220. Have not used them yet for hotel. This was when I "bid" on my price.

Just know if you want to make an offer, you do have to be flexible on your times.
