Are the courts under a mandate or anything to review these districts prior to the primary? Or are the primaries based on new districts now?

The primaries are based on the new districts. The courts will be reviewing, but until that time we have new districts in NC. It's very confusing to both candidates and voters.

Important information about early voting for the June 7 primary:
Johnston County will have only one location, the Board of elections office. Early voting starts on May 26 and runs through June 4th, with the exception of Saturday, Sunday and Monday of Memorial Day weekend.

According to the JoCo BOE web site:
You can vote early at the Board of Elections Office at 205 S. Second Street in Smithfield from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday June 4th, with the exception of Monday, May 30th when County offices will be closed for Memorial Day.

In my case it is more a reminder of how time flies.
