I saw in the Clayton News-Star that the Town of Clayton Planning Board has a application for a Private Club next to McCalls on US 70 on the agenda for Monday night. I have heard they have gaming tables (poker/blackjack) plus 2 pool tables in the application. Is this legal in N.C? I thought they removed the slot type machines around the state so why can you have gaming tables? Is Shooters a private club and if so do they have gaming tables?
