Can we do something about getting the professionals out of the classifieds? I always thought the classifieds were for non business people. These businesses should pay for advertising on the 4042 web site. They clutter up everything with numerous ads and i can hardly find anything from private folks. I have seen this in the automobile section and the real estate section mostly. Not trying to be mean. JMO Webbie?
I use them for business but also pay for advertising as well. I am trying to be better about not posting a lot of homes at once but just when they hit the market, etc. I also typically only post my listings once a month as to not "clog" the classifieds. I sold my first home through the 4042 classifieds and continue to use it as a resource for my sellers. When I look at the classifieds I see a good mix of jobs/yardsales/items for sale, etc. JM2C
