who is better for the value if the job? sears or stanley steamer? i've never used either one and want/need the whole house done. thanks in advance.
We had Stanley Steamer clean our carpet and rug but they didn't look any better after than they did before.
We've had Chem-Dry of Johnston County do our carpets in the past. They did a great job, and I felt their price was reasonable. http://www.chem-dry.net/johnstoncounty.nc/services If you click on their Specials link there is a $20 off coupon.
Dang it! The coupon expired in March 2010. I am still going to get an estimate from them because our carpet is sooo dirty!
I know you'll ask them if they can still accept the coupon since it IS still on their website. :jester:
Pro-Kleen I'd never use Stanley again....charged a fortune and no real customer service. I have 5 indoor animals, and two kids...so I obviously have serious carpet cleaning needs.I used Pro-Kleen and was very pleased! The owner even came back and touched up some spots that showed back up after the cleaning. "The Coffee News," that you find in a lot of the local places, usually has a coupon for them in it.
