We did too - get alot of them, I always trash them. You're better off searching on your own. 5 on your side did a segment about these types of places awhile back - not even worth your time to attend.
yes you can. one of the first things they told us in the financial aid office at Campbell was not to fall for these scams. there is a lot of them out there.
The way it was worded got my son really excited, he took it all personal. I told him I would "look into it".
