Well - I'm 'just lookin' right now. Would like to take the family on a nice trip cause we've never done that before, but we'll have to see after we do taxes and stuff. But I've been looking a places like the Cancun area vs Puerto Rico and PR is cheaper, airfare is less (right now...) plus you don't have to have a passport! .......so we'll see.
my sister has been to Puerto Rico a couple of times....with a group of gal pals and they always have a good time.....she has never said she had any problems, the biggest complaint was they didn't serve Bud Light anywhere.
Rico is nice with several areas of interest, El Yunge rain forest Old San Juan Luquillo fine beaches... They also have Casino's

Along Hotel row, they have some fine casino's...the beach near there is called El Condado. There is a lagoon nearby, where you can learn to windsurf. Out in the water of the beach is a formation of coral reef that looks like a dog sitting up facing the beach. My brother took his family 2 years ago...he said it was pretty but the amount of drugs there was crazy. He was propositioned many times to buy.
I spent 6 weeks there while I was in the Navy back in 82. I had a great time when I wasn't fixing airplanes. I will admit that I was drunk most of the time I was there as we were buying Bacardi for $3.65 a half gallon and when someone bought a blender, it was on! Mike

Rosey Roads is correct, the OBA was the night club for all on the base, close to the womens barracks. wooo hooo. good place.
