I dont think there are any. I know someone with over 50 adult dogs breeding them to death and as long as they have food water and shelter....

They are out in the open, with all that i can see from either my property or the wetlands.is the covering from the back deck. The puppies bark at all hours of the night and day. I am usually out at 9pm at night to walk my dog for her last time of the night and at 5:30 am during the week for her first walk of the day and i can hear them barking. They are one property away and i can hear them. I can open my windows at night to get some fresh aire (during good weather) and i can hear them even earlier in the morning then 5:30. Any body wishing can come over any time they wish to observe them

Couldn't you report that to JoCo Animal Control as a noise nuisance? At least it would give them a reason to go and check the situation out. :?

I can do that but do they have to come out and see for themselves? I do not mind at night before i go to bed but I would hate to have to wake up decent people to have to come over at 5:30 am to come and hear the yapping of pupies, though some of my neighors will atest to it

Call JC Animal Control (934-8474), describe the situation, and tell them you want them to investigate the property. Give them the address and location. If you get resistance, ask to speak with Ernie Wilkerson (Wilkinson?), the director. (If he's not there, get a time to call him back.) Then follow up with phone calls to learn the resolution of the situation.

    Thank you for caring.
