My kids aren't old enough to take these tests yet, but what is so important about them? The schools put a ton of pressure on the kids to do well, and it seems like parents do the same. My daughter is in 2nd grade and already talking about it.
For many kids that do well all year the EOG's are Nothing to worry about at all. For those that stress out, get upset about testing & all the insane hype or have had struggles during the school year - EOG's are HELL. Our child has always done well, had no test taking issues and KNOWS no other way. EOG's are the new "Norm".
