Raleigh Christmas Parade this Saturday

    Raleigh Christmas Parade this Saturday??

    Why is it that Raleigh's Christmas Parade takes place even before Thanksgiving?
    Seems a little early to me.

    I think it has to do with Raleigh merchants hoping to get an extra boost before Black Friday.

    Who knows. Its always been that way. Gets you in the holiday mood a little early. You do know they have started playing Christmas music on the radio already too.

    I am planning to go to the Raleigh Christmas parade tomorrow for the first time in 25 years. Does anyone have an tips on where to park?

    closer to the front (hillsborough st I think is close to the beginning) the better in my opinion, GET THERE EARLY and plan to sit and wait lol
