Raleigh #1 in housing Market, Denver #10. I guess we are all lucky? I live in a the cheapest town near the resorts in Colorado and it's centered to the state. 2 hours from just about anywhere it seems. Our market has stayed strong but we are what is affordable for those who work at the resorts. How's the JC market?
Not even close to what it was a year and a half ago, but not half as bad as some places in the country either. From what I hear, and believe me, this topic comes up a lot in my house, we were one of the last to feel the pinch, and it hasn't hit us here as bad as many, many other places in the US.
