Please join us on Saturday, May 17, 2014 for the Fifth Annual Raleigh Promise Walk/RUN for Preeclampsia. The Promise Walks will be held in more than 50 cities nationwide this May and June. Our walk will be held at 2200 Laura Duncan Rd, Apex Community Park, Apex, NC. The goal for this event is to raise money to fund research, professional and patient education, provide family support, and increase awareness regarding the long-term impact of preeclampsia on women’s cardiovascular health. We believe that educational efforts directed to health care providers and patients will help reduce the number of maternal and infant deaths and disabilities that occur as a result of preeclampsia. www.promisewalk.org/raleigh
