RC planes or helis

Anybody fly around Cleveland school?

 

Not anymore, however I did see this RC Video the other day of a pretty cool plane.

My question now is how does this differ from a drone and what if he loses control of this thing?

 

In the U.S. you can't fly a RC aircraft over 55 lbs without license "I think?".
