I know there's a land/realtor thread going, but wasn't sure if anyone would look at it...Someone posted a website recently that lists mls listings as well as for sale by owner listings, and I can't find that website anywhere! Whoever posted it, could you please post it here again? Hubby is on a mad search again for land, we're looking for at least 3 acres in the West View/Cleveland area. If anyone knows of anything, I'd love to get some info! (not looking for a house, just the land) Also, is there a way to find out about foreclosures without having to go to the courthouse?
you can surf the internet for foreclosures, just simply google foreclosures, nc, or something like that.....and tons of stuff will come up, you could even do foreclosures, johnston county.....
I've gotta admit, I'm not keeping it as clean as I should be, but I haven't shown it in over 2 months...! Harley, there is a for sale by owner sign out front of my house, but unfortunately I'm out of flyers, and my copy machine is out of ink, so hopefully will be getting more out there today. So if you wanted to be nosy, you're out of luck! :mrgreen:

Come on out then, so am I!! I'll be home after 1:30 tomorrow. I did clean all my floors today, and wouldn't you know it, one kid broke a glass, so had to vacuum again, then the same kid (he's 2) spilled 1/2 bag of pretzels, so now I'm making the kids vacuum it up, I'm done!!
There is a 2-3? acre lot on the corner of Sonny Road & Raleigh Road for sale - I pass it every day. No subdivision, the near by homes are LARGE on big lots. Could be a great deal- I have no idea. It's been for sale for a while. Lot is empty & cleared, but there are a few trees near the road. No houses were ever there that I can remember.
